The presence of the Mediterranean climate with the average yearly temp. of 17 Celsius, during summer periods (June-September) from 25-40 Celsius, sea temp of 20-25 Celsius.

Delights of Dalmatian food can be sampled in a verity of dishes, from locally caught fresh fish to regional meats and world famous wines. The grilling and roasting fish and delicacies of the sea in this region has been carried on generation to generation, whereby the proper grilling technique often depends on wood or wood briquettes chosen to do the grilling
